Nowadays the hosts are experimenting life changes that do not allow them to receive and hang out with the guests as usual, therefore we ask you to be considered, respectful and self service as possible, we are a great maintenance team that will be in a schedule from 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat, to help with any urgent need. Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview

Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Our appreciation of Oaxaca shines through every mural and alebrije by local artists. See you soon!

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.
