We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Il bilocale può ospitare comodamente due persone in un ambiente curato e funzionale. All’ingresso si trova la cucina, moderna ed accessoriata (induzione, macchina del caffè, microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie). Il soggiorno è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi: un comodo divano, una smart TV da 50" (accesso a Netflix) e un tavolo perfetto per pranzare o lavorare al PC. Il corridoio porta alla spaziosa camera da letto (con smart TV 40") ed al bagno (dotato di phon e lavasciuga). Centralissimo!

Canal View Residence

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

Goditi una vacanza rilassante in questo spazio in centro a 700 metri dalla Cattedrale e a 50 metri dalle mura cittadine dove puoi passeggiare immerso nel verde. L'appartamento è al piano terra con giardino esclusivo dove puoi anche pranzare o cenare, camera da letto con accesso diretto al bagno e al giardino, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto, ampia sala per il tempo libero. La Tassa di soggiorno verrà riscossa in contanti al check out importo 3 euro/persona/giorno per max 5 giorni.

Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio. L’alloggio è uno spazio open space comprensivo di zona giorno e zona notte con bagno privato dotato di una doccia idromassaggio. L’ingresso all’alloggio è indipendente a partire dal parcheggio privato in condivisione.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
