L'appartamento si trova sulla collina alle spalle di Santa Margherita Ligure con una splendida vista sul golfo del Tigullio. La casa è situata ai confini del Parco del Monte di Portofino e lungo il percorso del Sentiero Liguria. L'accesso è solo pedonale con distanze di 300 e 700 m rispettivamente dalla fermata del bus più vicina e dal parcheggio(pubblico e gratuito), camminando per "creuze" (mulattiere) e scalette. La spiaggia si raggiunge con un percorso pedonale di 1,8 km o con il bus.
