Supermercado y cafeteria (5min caminando), comunidad muy tranquila para trabajo o descansar despues de un dia en la playa o hacer turismo en nuestro hermoso Puerto Rico. El viejo san juan esta a 20 munutos en auto Nuestro objetivo es crear un ambiente acogedor, que nuestros clientes se sientan que nuestro lugar y Puerto Rico también es su casa.

Beautiful location to explore the Colonial & Historical cobblestone streets of OSJ. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars close by. Just a few steps from some of the oldest structures in PR and America like El Convento, San Juan Baptiste Cathedral & La Capilla de Cristo. Close to other Forts, Museums & more. We are about a 20 minute drive from the airport and closest beach is either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

Located in a quiet street with only local traffic, you will be few steps to the local supermarket open 24/7, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee places in Calle Loíza and barely three blocks to Parque Del Indio beach. You’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay! Note: some nights the coquis (our national frog 🐸) are loud, some people are not used to it, but once you do is like a singing concert of nature.
