Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

If you want to go farther, take the beach cruisers in the garage around the island or to Newport on the Balboa Ferry. Better yet, settle in and relax on the porch overlooking the water. Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!
