Te va a encantar mi casa porque cuenta con terraza, alberca privada y una recámara con baño en la planta baja que te permitirá traer adultos mayores o con alguna disminución motriz. Está ubicada a una cuadra del centro comercial frente a la zona hotelera; puedes ir caminando a la playa, muy cerca están diversas tiendas de conveniencia y una ciclopista de 8 km. Mi casa es familiar y el condominio muy tranquilo, por lo que no se permiten fiestas y las reglas son estrictas en ese sentido.

Fully equipped house with excellent location, one block from the main square of Ixtapa and 3 blocks from the beach "El Palmar". The condo has a palapa, pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. The house has a private terrace with a table, chairs and a umbrella. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, such as the living room. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a small drying rack. The house has full kitchen. WiFi is exclusive for the house.
