Estamos ubicados en playa Santa Cruz, la playa está cruzando la calle cerca hay supermercado y restaurantes. Es una casa muy ventilada y con gran iluminación natural está a orilla de la calle por lo debes tomar en cuenta que abra algo de ruido durante el día, pero es más tranquilo de noche, solo que en la mañana quizás puede oír un poco de ruido de los buses pasando, pero nuestra mayor ventaja es la playa, la mejor de la isla y la cercanía a otros sitios turísticos. FarmHouse: off-grid treehouse on Organic PC farm

The Farmhouse is a tree-house in the middle of a permaculture farm and restorative forest project on the folds of Volcano Maderas. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from town of Balgüe and ten minutes from the Maderas trail-head. It is cosy and comfortable and open to the surrounding 'jungle' setting. Howler monkeys and rare birds surround the house and eat the exotic fruits that are all around. Relax in the hammocks and enjoy nature in this and educational and immersive farm-stay.

Jungle Beach Surf Casita

Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.
