Central location with a nice view of entire city, you can cook your own meals, do laundry and neighborhood is really safe . Neighbors are friendly and I know them for thirty years or more . House has been in the family for more than 50 years. why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house. Warning NOISY due to motorcycles and some cars, mostly during busy hours but hey it’s the city if you want something nicer, QUIET I’m sure you can get it at a very hight cost in the outskirts of the city.
