Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. Large deck and personal hot tub overlooking the ocean. Feel free to ask me any specific questions you may have and I'll make sure to get back to you promptly. Cozy studio guest suite as part of 3 bedroom apartment, with separate entrance. Bathrm w/shower, lge closet (8x3 ft), small kitchenette. Queen bed + pull-out couch (twin bed). Very quiet. Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
