The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

The house is a short walk from the historic Grand Lake Theater and some of Oakland's best restaurants. Lake Merritt and the Morcom Rose Garden are also nearby. The home is walking distance to Lake Merritt and all the great shops and restaurants on Grand Avenue - one of Oakland's best commercial strips. 19th Street BART stations is a quick bus ride (10 - 15 minutes on the 21, which leaves less than a block from the house) or a Lyft or Uber ride away. The unit also has a gated private front yard with a deck.

Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!
