Nestled on the water of the Sausalito Richardson Bay, our houseboat offers an immersive experience of unrivaled beauty. The breathtaking, panoramic views unfold like a canvas right before you. Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Our quiet street is an easy 5-minute walk (0.2 mi) from downtown San Carlos with shops and literally dozens of restaurants.

If you are interested we also host an Airbnb Experience called Life With Farm Animals At Rancho Roben Rescues where you get a 90-120 minute up close encounter with all of the animals - taking time to learn about each of the unique creatures that lives here and the opportunity to interact with them directly. Pet a chicken, groom a pony, feed a goat, take a walk patrolling the fields with our livestock guardian dogs.
