This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Charming WWII built home w/ perfect work-from-home setup, yet steps from some fun eateries and a less than a 5 min drive to hip shops and restaurants. Centrally-located in the LA area but a very safe and clean neighborhood that is Burbank, CA. Home of NBC, the "Price is Right", Warner Brothers, etc. 3 bdrm home as little as 5 min from the airport, 10 min from Universal studios, 15 min from Hollywood, and 25 min from DTLA. Down the street from live tapings, tours, and eclectic eateries.

Topanga Sanctuary in the Oaks

Our studio under the Oaks is like a tree house with a large deck area for you to unwind, explore and enjoy! The home is on a very quiet street that dead ends into the state park. Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house. I look forward to having the opportunity to host you!

On the water! Gorgeous 3 Bdrm Home w/ hot tub

In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
