Meine Gäste und ich genießen es besonders, morgens bei offener Balkontür den Blick zu erleben. Hinweis: Durch die zentrale Lage verläuft neben dem Gebäude eine Straße – bei offener Balkontür kann man sie gelegentlich hören.
