Around 900 square feet of private sleeping/living area with a small, efficiency bathroom & NO KITCHEN! Funky not fancy. Eclectically decorated with artworks from local artists as well as your hosts.

Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. The Minimalist Escape (DOWNTOWN)

Minimalistic studio LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THE ALAMO! Located in #HistoricDiggyHill, on the near east side of San Antonio, just outside of down town. Take an Uber or scooter into the city for less than $10. This guest suite has a kitchenette with all cooking essentials provided as well as a completely private entrance attached to the back of our forever home. Please note the neighborhood is totally safe, but is up-and-coming.

The guest suite is part of the house but with own separate entrance with private bathroom, living room, walking closet, dining table with two chairs, small refrigerator, microwave queen bed, divided as an apartment, and with own designated parking in the driveway.
