Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Dreher Dreams Cabin-Lakefront sleeps 9 GR8 Fishing

Dreher Dreams is right next to Dreher Island State Park so you can enjoy the additional benefit of walking nature trails with wonderful panoramic water views. A boat ramp is inside the Park and a 5 minute boat ride back to the dock to tie up your boat. Wide water and sunrise/sunset views. Cabin has 3 BRs + Loft. Easy wheelchair access for a senior citizen off back porch. Enjoy a variety of wildlife. Fishing is amazing right off the dock! (See pics). 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks available.

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.
