It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.
