Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.

Pine Tree Cottage is a cozy spacious efficiency apartment located at Woodcrest Farm. Our farm is a great location for a relaxing getaway. Walking trails and a relaxing garden and garden house is available for our guests. Woodcrest Farm is close to Hoosier National Forest, Spring Mill State Park and the Milwaukee Walking Trail, all within less than 1/2 hour traveling distance.
