Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Cottage with peek a boo view of Vancouver Lake! The Sailing Club is next door & it's delightful to watch the sunset on the lake! New Pickleball court! There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house.
