Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

Close to downtown Vancouver, Ampitheater, Casino, hospitals & WSU. 25 min from PDX, so it makes a nice home base. Dogs allowed but never leave alone. Not safe for children under 12 due to breakables and appliance rack & table not secure.

There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.
