Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.

SALINAS OCEANFRONT PENTHOUSE SUITE

This 8th floor penthouse suite was completely remodeled with everything built as close to US/ Canadian standards as is possible in Ecuador. We provide discounts for more than 1 week, 2 weeks or a month. We will edit the quote once a guest has inquired about the suite. Typically the daily rate is around $25 a day after the first week. Actual rate depends on season and special holidays for the period a guest is interested.
