Apartment of 45sqm in the center of Torre del Greco, 20 metres away from the train station “Circumvesuviana” connecting the town to Naples, Pompei, Ercolano and Sorrento. Behind the house you can see the beautiful Vesuvio, it’s just a very short drive to the Vesuvio National Parc. Torre del Greco with its 90 000 habitants is a good choice to visit the gulf of Naples with its famous sites. From Naples to Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento and Capri by boat… All this places are easily reachable by the Circumvesuviana. The people of Torre del Greco are sometimes called “Corralini” because of the plentiful coral in the nearby sea, and because the city has been a major producer of coral and cameo jewellery since the seventeenth century. Our house “Casa Mazza” was built by our great grandfather and was a famous manufacture of coral and cameo jewellery ”Andrea Mazza & Figli”, ideally situated and reachable for the international clients by train. The apartment is located in the centre of Torre del Greco, all the shops, restaurants, lovely small daily markets and supermarkets are easily reachable on foot. The beach with volcanic black sand is 2km far from the town center and from the house. It is well connected by buses or by car. You will like “ La dolce vita Torrese”. Our apartment is on the ground floor of the house, our guests have a complete kitchen with eating area, a large living room with a sofa that can became a double bed and a “Mezzanine” or intermediate floor with 4 mattresses. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Our guests have access to the whole apartment. Our friendly caretaker lives with his wife in the same building and will give touristic information to our guests and take care of you during your stay.
