The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

3 The Reach is a Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach at South Sands sleeping up to 6 people in total comfort. A paradise for beach lovers, you can put your feet in the white sand 10 metres from the front door whilst Salcombe (arguably Devon's finest seaside town!) is a few minutes drive or ferry away. Guests can hire paddleboards and Kayaks on the beach or use the Restaurant and Bar at the Harbour Beach Club next door as well as enjoy discounted passes for the Luxury Spa.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
