Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

The cottage is small and rustic but quite lovable, with a gorgeous waterfront view as well as an abundant and energizing garden providing privacy from the neighbours. The lake is clean, frequently tested and perfect for a swim!

The cottage is a two-minute drive from skiing and mountain-biking in Mont Avalanche, and 15-20 minutes from Morin-Heights and Saint-Sauveur. Located on the peaceful and only partially developed Lac Long (non-motorized), perfect for swimming, fishing and relaxing. Guests will have access to 4 boats to take full advantage of the lake in summer.

Vous avez votre propre entrée privée et cela vous donne accès à deux pièces sur deux étages. Il y a un premier lit qui se trouve au premier avec le sauna. Au deuxième, se trouve un deuxième lit double et une salle d'eau complète. L'annexe est relié par un couloir fermé à la maison principale (partagée) où vous trouverez la cuisine et la salle de lavage. L'annexe, n'est jamais partagé avec d'autres voyageurs, même si vous prenez qu'un lit.

The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
