Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Anne-Marie and Steve offer a warm welcome to Polbrean Studio, a cosy, well equipped, self catering studio with stunning views of the River Fowey in the tranquil village of Golant. Our Studio is a large open plan room with pull down double bed, kitchen area with dbl hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge w icebox, and shower wet room. There is a mezzanine with additional double bed accessed via paddle stairs. Outside is a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning surroundings and views.

Up the winding stairs a twinkle lit bedroom which sleeps 2 people in luxury and comfort in king-sized 5' bed with 100% cotton bed 'linen'. Parking with permit provided 200 yards. Friendly local pub 300 yards, which also provides takeaway meals. Eden Project 15 minutes drive. Local kayak hire.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
