A short walk to the marina and the renowned St Peter’s Chapel - Blossom Barn is ideally situated next to the village country park and a few doors away from the hub of the village ‘The Kings Head’. There are two pubs serving food daily and the Marina Bar with its excellent cuisine. A perfect base to explore the salt marsh coast with its extensive walks Maldon is only a short drive away which is a buzzing coastal town

Unique, self contained lodge set high aside a historic moat abundant with ducks, wildlife & view of the Blackwater Estuary. Quaint Burnham-on-Crouch is mins away with its marina/wedding venues/seal trips, pubs/cafes/shops/cinema & Museum. Pretty Maldon is just 20 mins away. Here at The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. The Den is a charming and welcoming detached annex. Set in an idyllically peaceful and picturesque location with open-plan living and bifold panoramic windows that open directly on to a loggia with Log Burner. There are further outdoor seating areas in the Herb Garden and Hedge Box, where you can take in the expansive skies, Suffolk is renowned for. We are only a 30 min drive from the glorious Suffolk Coast where we have a traditional Beach Hut that is available for hire in Old Felixstowe.

Our traditional timber cabin is nestled within the charming countryside of North-East Essex. This rural retreat for two promises a perfect blend of comfort and convenience making it ideal for a relaxing break. The cabin stands alone in our garden with lake and rural views. From the cabin, scenic walks and cycling paths with vast open skies beckon. Nature enthusiasts and dog walkers will be thrilled by the birds and wildlife in our area and the stunning views around the local lakes.
