Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

Boconnion Stables

Beautifully renovated in 2024 by renowned designer Adam Knight in a modern romantic style, The Stables accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 en-suite rooms. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath & in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden & have dinner under the stars. Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. Porthilly Cove and Rock beach are both within walking distance, along with pubs and restaurants.

Open plan kitchen/living has French doors opening onto a private garden and patio, with uninterrupted countryside views provides peace and quiet.
