The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.
