We are close to great restaurants and some of the best music on the island. Open water and excellent fishing are minutes away. Two kayaks are set up for fishing and are available for guests to use so bring your fishing rod. Pine Island has no beachs, but Ft Myers Beach is about an hour away or take a ferry ride from Bokeelia to Cayo Costa for the day.

The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Der Weg zum Golf von Mexiko ist hier nicht weit und man kann mit dem Boot vielen schönen Inseln rund um Pine Island und Cape Coral erkunden. Das hauseigene Bootsdock darf gerne genutzt werden. Für weiteren Spaß im Haus sorgen die Kajaks, Tischtennisplatte, Tischfußball und Fahrräder.
