Our place has the largest saltwater pool/hot tub on SGI, complete w/waterfalls that back up to a large dock. Inside has a bathroom, kitchen & shower. Camper has its own hot outside shower, grill & seating area, as well. You'll have access to fire pit, free kayaks/canoe, & water entrance. May have to share the pool space, but there's plenty of room! Nice golf cart for rent. Pet fee for 1 pet

Large furnished screened porch. You will be hard pressed to find a better spot for your vacation dollars. Beach wagon, canopy and chairs.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the huge screened porch overlooking the bay. Have coffee and watch the sun rise or enjoy a glass of wine and see the stars from the roof-top deck. This lovely house has two king bedrooms with en suite baths plus brand new comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook up some fabulous, locally-caught seafood or whatever your heart desires. Charcoal grill on site.

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

The Floridian, Old Florida Charm - Modern Comfort

Tucked among tall pines, majestic oaks, and swaying palms, The Floridian rests on a full private acre in SGI’s East End. A short five-minute stroll brings you to the sugar sand beaches, very inviting in the crisp autumn air. At the day's end, gather around an evening fire for s’mores or unwind in the hot tub. Store your catch of the day in the extra fridge downstairs. Visit the Beach Pit for BBQ, Bay Side Coffee Company for a fresh brew, or Aunt Ebby’s ice cream for a treat.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Three Little Birds

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away.
