Family Tides, an exceptionally spacious home, is located in the center of the island. It is a 3-minute walk to the public beach, lighthouse, playground, basketball & SGI museum. It offers quick access to restaurants, gift shops, Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and other shops. About a block from the home is Island Outfitters (beach rental equip.) and Island Dog Outdoors. There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the east portion of the island.

Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
