No. 11 is our home from home in this ideal location, close to fabulous beaches and stunning coastal walks. Bedruthan Steps & Mawgan Porth beaches are 5 mins drive away. Watergate Bay our favorite, is 10 mins from our door. If you have energy to burn then you can walk/cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin or Padstow. But if you just need to relax, why not enjoy our hot tub in the privacy of your own garden, followed by drinks on the terrace. Only available for 7 night bookings (or multiples Sat - Sat)

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Modern, 4 Bedroom contemporary property situated within easy reach of many of the popular beautiful beaches on the North Cornish Coast between Padstow and Mawgan Porth. Ideal for the guest wishing to explore areas such as Newquay, Mawgan Porth, Padstow and the popular camal trail. Merlin Golf course is closely situated and a local store for general groceries and wines. Buses are available to travel in to Newquay or Padstow if you wanted to enjoy the scenic journey and leave the car at home!

Spacious, modern and beautifully-appointed Cornish country cottage in an idyllic rural location near the north Cornish coast. Located just 2.5 miles (an 8 minute drive) from the beaches of Padstow, this beautiful family home from home is ideally situated just inland in a sought-after rural setting. Within easy reach of its closest beaches, Porthcothan and Mawgan Porth in one direction and Watergate Bay and Newquay, in the other. The property a large garden and off-road parking for 3 cars.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

"LOBELIA" Luxury Caravan in peaceful setting

"Lobelia" is a large luxury caravan situated on a small site midway between Newquay (7 miles) and Padstow (6 miles). It has been equiped to a very high standard, and has far reaching views from the decking over the fields to the nearest bay at Mawgan Porth. The site is very quiet, and ideal for those who want to relax and explore the beautiful countryside and beaches of cornwall. "Lobelia" is an ideal base from which famous Cornish attractions can be visited such The Eden Project.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
