An ideal place for reflection and enjoying nature. You will be off the beaten path. Out of respect for those who are looking for a natural retreat with lots of wildlife: No Pets, Children, Smoking

Welcome to Tall Moon Timber House! Our beautiful 2-level cabin is located in Danbury, Wisconsin. Relax in our 4 bed, 1 bath cabin nestled within Voyager Village. This gives our guests access to the golf course, beaches, indoor swimming pool*, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and other recreational activities! All of this and just 2 hours outside the Twin Cities. Please see the amenities section below for a full list. *Closed in early January for annual maintenance

Loondocks | Lakeside Hideout w/ Sauna

Less than an hour from Minneapolis, the Loondocks is a sun-soaked, pet-friendly hideout on beautiful Big Eagle Lake. Natural stone steps (NOTE: These are uneven, so do not book if you have mobility concerns!) lead down to the bungalow-style house, a stylish bunkhouse, wood-burning sauna, spacious deck with lake views, and flat waterfront yard. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise, lay out a towel at the end of the dock, or share a meal with the whole family! This is the perfect all-season getaway.

The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. A cozy 2-bedroom apartment above Getaway Motor Cafe in historic downtown Carver, MN. Built in 1871, beautifully restored, with a Nordic Modern warmth that makes you want to stay a little longer. Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!
