Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. The bus stop is less than one minute's walk with transit to Sidney, downtown Victoria & beyond.

Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

The Boathouse is perfect for couples seeking a romantic retreat or solo travelers wanting to unplug and recharge their batteries. This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.

We live on-site with our 7 donkeys, 2 friendly dogs, and chickens. You're welcome to meet them during your stay!
