Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Das Haus ist groß, mit seinen hohen Decken im Erdgeschoss macht es im Sommer kühl und angenehm. Es ist geräumig und vermittelt ein angenehmes Gefühl. Entfernung zum Strand von Sa Ràpita: 18,9 km. 28,4 km von Es Trenc, 18,9 km vom Flughafen und 27,7 km vom Zentrum von Palma entfernt. Es ist für einen ruhigen Urlaub bestens geeignet da die Nachbarn morgens arbeiten.

Die Golfplätze SON ANTEM (2X18 Loch), PUNTIRO, SON GUAL und MAIORIS liegen 15-30 Autominuten entfernt. ODER man bevorzugt Ruhe und Sonne - Ausflüge nach Palma - ans Meer - beides ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Aber eigentlich will man gar nicht weg aus dem NIU, weil es so gemütlich ist.

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The lower floor features two big bedrooms, one with "en-suite" bathroom and the other one with a walk-in closet 2 beds and a sofa bed (for 2).
