The food is amazing, staff are super friendly and probably are best service on the north coast, do a farm tour and meet the pigs, chickens, and furry cows! This is the first zero waste food place on the north coast, so bring your keep cup for coffee and get a discount. The venue is an amazing design space and an easy drive straight down the M1 with loads of parking and lots for kids to do.

Baskk at Kirra Point....at this address but this program wouldn't pick up the address..Go for a drink and tapas or a meal..the decor alone is worth the visit. Staff are fabulous, food is gorgeous and the greek beach-hole-in-the-wall inspired decor is devine. Love this place.

Amazing food and probably the best view on the coast! Situated on the top of Point Danger this has sweeping views out to the Pacific Ocean. Go for a meal, a coffee and grab a seat out the front or sit upstairs and enjoy the endless views. Great service. Also a fantastic little gallery and store at the side of the premises. A must do.

Easily the best bakery on the coast, the second store front from the team who brought all things baked to The Farm at Byron... the BEST quiches I have every eaten and the Portuguese Tarts are to die for. Great coffee and awesome vibe.

The Bar is called Tasca...for some reason this wouldn't pick up the venue name....These guys have a fantastic selection of organic wines predominately sourced from Spain. They do great tapas too and the vibe is pretty cool. Great for adults, date night or an afternoon aperitif.

One of the oldest pubs on the Tweed. Great kids play area beyond the outdoor eating area. A must for a sundowner, watching the sunset over Mt Warning from the front of the pub. The pub does a great meal too for those looking for something more family friendly.

Parks & Nature
The hike to the peak is for those who want to get the heart racing and takes anywhere from 3-4 hrs. The view from the top is absolutely magical, you can see the entire Tweed Valley and beyond. Hard work but worth it. Magical.

The Margaret Olley exhibit is a permanent fixture here now and if you are into your art, well worth a look. The building itself is amazing and is located on an old farm. Sweeping views down across the Tweed River. Gorgeous. The food at the cafe is excellent too.
