My favorite KC restaurant! They don't take reservations, but I enjoy putting my name in, then enjoying some wine on a bench outside. Or even head down to the Peanut for a beer in a local dive bar.

Growing up in KC, it's hard to not recommend Arthur Bryants or Gates... But my new favorite is Q39. It's amazing... try the "No Jackin' Around" sandwich

This fun bar, is a great place to go with a group, or with just 1 person. I know one of the owners, and love this concept and always have a good time pretending to be a singer there:)

I am always amazed when I go to Science City. The kids love it, and it's never too busy! Located in beautiful Union Station w/ extraordinary exhibits, and fabulous restaurants.
