No food, brews, or caffeine here, but this makes the list as a Capitol Hill must see if you have time and looking to unwind. Seattle's iconic Volunteer Park is a short walk away and offers an excellent midday break. Be sure to check out the Conservatory, a beautiful white greenhouse filled with all types of plants.
