Wintersports
You may notice snowboards in our house , Arapahoe Basin is one of the last reasonable good ski areas!!! and you can make a good day at the slopes and still come back to your ABNB, it is one of the highest elevation ski areas sometimes still open in July!!!. If you want to have a big resort experience Keystone and Breckenridge are near by but $$$.

This is a great workout, if your in shape, don't try to go up if you have medical issues. This is high altitude so beware of you are from a low elevation.

This location is recreational and you must have a valid ID and 21. Make sure you follow laws they can advise you on . If you choose to buy please be respectful in our home ( no smoking inside , only in back yard, please not in front of home)

This is most likely training going on "down range" at Fort Carson Military Base don't be alarmed we are very well protected here by one of the largest Army Bases in the United States. Colorado Springs is also home to Cheyanne Mountain Complex( a base inside a mountain, google it it's very interesting ), United States Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Force Base, and Schriever AFB.
