Paved trail system (18.5m) from Ashland to Central Point. Nice for birding, walking, biking, etc. Lots of shade & it runs along Bear Creek ~stating the obvious :).

There's no garbage or recycling available at this park, so if you packed it in, be sure to pack out.

Upper and Lower Table Rocks are great hikes. Average hiker would do well to set aside a few hours for these great early morning hikes. In summertime, I suggest hiking early to beat the heat.
