Walking distance (2 complex over Kihei Kai Nani). If you’re craving curry, this is the place to go. If you like beef, add the braised boneless beef short rib to the curry dish. The beef is so tender that it falls apart with your fork. If ordering curry dish, don’t bother ordering fried rice. Just add a large side order of white rice and savor the rich curry! If not ordering curry, the fried rice is excellent! Not too expensive and decent portions.

Hiking
If you are in a mode to do some hiking, this is one you might like. Beautiful views on the way up and on top.
The main parking lot fills up by 8:30am. If the lot is full, there is a overflow lot that is about 1/2 mile back down the road.
You will need to bring water as it is a good hike going mainly up hill. There are steps in this hike. It's nice that no bikes are allowed on this trail.

Kahekili HighwayIf you are in a mode to do some hiking, this is one you might like. Beautiful views on the way up and on top.

Nice shopping center with many shops to stroll through.
It's about a 45 minute walk from our condo. Once you get their, reward yourself with Lappert's Ice Cream or enjoy lunch and dinner at the restaurants.

Ali’i kula lavender will be open to the public only on Friday’s, Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Monday’s for the foreseeable future, with new hours from 10am to 4pm. General Admission is $3 per person, with a $1 off for Seniors, Military, and Kama’aina.
