A Lovely walk next to the Swettenham Arms Pub. Dogs allowed on leads and costs £2 per adult which you pay via an honesty box at the entrance.
Park in the Swettenham Arms pub car park. After your walk treat yourself to a drink or breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Swettenham Arms. Delicious food, a lovely welcome.
I can highly recommend sitting outside the pub in the summer as there is a beautiful lavender field.

You can walk to the dairy by turning right outside the cottage gate and turning right again across the field. You can buy fresh milk, eggs, cheese, ice cream, and veg. Take your empty bottle of milk and re-fill here. If you are lucky you will get to meet the baby calfs.

One of our favourite pubs. Food, decor and atmosphere is amazing. Drive: 10 mins by car. This is a beautiful old building great food and drinks steeped in history. It is walkable in 1-1.5 hours and maybe a taxi back.
