There are 2 stations here
The closet station is 4 minute walk. Its called Leytonstone High Road and it is on the overground line. You can pick it up from Blackhorse Road which is on the Victoria Line.
The other main station is Leytonstone on the Central line. Its about a 8-10 minute walk. Direct underground into central london
