This is a new theme park on the Beachway Express. There they have a great town center with shops and restaurants so I would suggest enjoying a beautiful beach day then going to OWA in the evening. Browse around the shops, and have dinner before going into the park. It’s fairly new so there isn’t much shade which is why I recommend going at night.

The little zoo that could! This zoo is wonderful! The property and animals are well cared for and the caretakers really care. It’s a very impressive non-profit organization.

There are many restaurants and unique shops and typically a street party for kids with a laser show, train ride and hula hoop contest, etc (off season may not have Street party through the week)! Oh and a huge ferris wheel, it's a lot of fun for the kids! Also, there is a nice amphitheater that is always stacked with great entertainment so check their calendar.

I would recommend breakfast, brunch or lunch at Brick n Spoon! It's a super hip joint with seriously good food and has the best biggest Bloody Mary on the coast.

An incredible and affordable breakfast, coffee and sweets. The Saturday breakfast special is my favorite! Their eggs are so good, it’s almost strange how perfect and delicious they are. Also the Belgian Waffle, blueberry muffin and homemade pop tart are amazing.

I love this place! They have a fantastic outdoor area and usually have live music. There are several other little shops you can enjoy browsing in while waiting to be seated. The ribeye is phenomenal and there is a delicious seafood pasta dish.

This place is fun day or night with awesome hamburgers, nachos and Bushwackers and usually karaoke at night! It’s also one of my favorite places for gamedays!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! It’s gorgeous decor and elegant atmosphere makes any occasion perfect. I’ve had brunch, lunch and dinner here and every single time the food, the wait, and the staff have been complete perfection.

This beachside restaurant is one of the coolest places on the coast for kids and parents to hang and eat. It will probably be a long wait but there are many activities and a shop to browse in, as well as a stage that usually has a band playing! Even if you choose to eat at other places throughout the week most families end up at the Hangout afterwards, there is just so much entertainment for everyone in the family!

Sightseeing
If you want to go to the beach I would recommend Johnson National Beach. It's about two blocks from the condo and is a small fee to access. You can drive and park there. It's super nice. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful. There is a pavilion with picnic tables if you need a break from the sun, bathrooms and most importantly life guards. There are also nature trails you can walk.

Best farmers market ever! Locally owned, farmed and operated. They also have a bakery where they make wonderful fresh bread and cake loaves and homemade ice cream.
