Our 5-barrel (155 gallon) brewery began producing craft beers in 1996. All of our beers are produced on location under the careful watch of the head brewer. He produces a wide variety of beers, from the light, refreshing Siskiyou Golden Ale to the deep, impenetrable Black Bear XX Stout to the extremely hoppy Yellow Wolf Imperial IPA. We are perhaps known best for the Black Bear XX Stout, which won the Gold Medal at the 2003 and 2005 GABF and the Silver Medal in 2006 and 2008 in the foreign-style stout category. In addition, there are always numerous seasonal beers on tap to fit the mood of the season and one selection served on nitrogen.

One of the best breweries in downtown Portland, located in the Northwest area, definetly recommend. Great food and awesome patio in the summer as well.

The Pittock Mansion is a French Renaissance-style château in the West Hills of Portland, Oregon, USA. The mansion was originally built in 1909 as a private home for London-born Oregonian publisher Henry Pittock and his wife, Georgiana. It is a 46-room estate built of Tenino Sandstone situated on 46 acres that is now owned by the city's Bureau of Parks and Recreation and open for touring.

Take a leisurely stroll through the woodsy plaza level, where vines and shrubs muffle the noise of nearby Sandy Boulevard, and admire the replica of Michelangelo’s Pietà inside a rock grotto. An elevator lifts you to the top of a 110-foot cliff. At the top, you’ll find incredible views and beautifully manicured gardens. Mr. Butchart, known for the Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island, donated plants from his gardens and helped with the layout of the grounds.

We show classic and contemporary films, host live performances and special guests, and produce innovative film series like Hecklevision, B-Movie Bingo, and Kung Fu Theater. In 2015, we brought 70mm projection back to the Hollywood, and we continue to work to restore the character of our historic theater while providing the best possible moviegoing experience.
