(MIA) - wow..huge and FREE! Ancient Egypt to Modern Art. Paid a ton of money for a similar museum in Chicago.
Attention Minnesota Spring visitors! Typically on the last weekend of May, there is an Art in Bloom event. It is absolutely spectacular. And…completely FREE! Many different florists and artists, inspired by the MIA exhibition art pieces, create one of a kind flower arrangement. Highly recommend. Bring a camera.

In the same building as Free MIA - Best children’s theatre in MN! We saw Cinderella like..4 times! (closed for the summer). Children’s Theatre Company. Main stage shows are our favorites. Expensive, but so worth it!

Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular is our favorite! Best activity for the Halloween. Zoo itself is a typical nice large zoo.
5,000 Pumpkins glow! All different and unique. We go every year! Note: even if it seems warm during the day, dress well! Bring mittens, snow pants, hats. Stroller or wagon for kids is strongly recommended. Line is very long, you might have to wait for over an hour. There is hot cocoa stands along the way.
