Continue on Corso di Porta Ticinese e Colonne San Lorenzo, the heart of night movida of young students.
Take tram 2 near the house, arrive at Duomo and get on it! Admire the magnificent architecture and the view of the city. Around Via Torino and San Babila you have instead a lot of shops of the main famous brands, until via Montenapoleone, the main fashion street of the city.
If you're looking something typical, walk on Piazza dei Mercanti, Piazza S.Alessandro, Piazza Borromeo and go through Cinque Vie, the most ancient neighbourhood of Milan.
You can also walk until Castello Sforzesco, visit the castle, take a breath in Parco Sempione and look at some interesting exhibition at Triennale Museum.
And if you're not tired yet, continue until Brera, the ancient artist neighbourhood,visit Pinacoteca di Brera but take your time because is really full of artworks!

I strongly recommend that you take a tour of the liberty part of the neighborhood: look for Villa Invernizzi and spot the pink flamingos in the garden, explore the other buildings and architecture around there that tell you about Milan in the early twentieth century.
Here is the other city park, Giardini Indro Montanelli, where you can rest.

Get off at Garibaldi by metro and go to Piazza Gae Aulenti, the most modern part of the city.
Then you can search for any restaurant or club you want in Isola: you will surely find what you are looking for.
I recommend that you visit Chinatown and via Paolo Sarpi, and lose yourself in the oriental smells and flavors of the area.
If you are looking for something not obvious, take a tour of the Monumental Cemetery:
it is the largest in Milan, has a very particular architecture and houses the tombs of famous artists and personalities.

Isola
Isola is a very interesting neighborhood that I recommend you visit, and which has undergone a strong urban transformation in the last decade.
