Great for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Just north of the headland is a beautiful calm spot where the creek meets the ocean. IT’s especially nice for families to escape a southerly wind and is best on low tide.

A nice day trip about 1 hour from Coffs. Stop in at Bellingen town on the way for a coffee and explore. Dorrigo has a world heritage listed national park with stunning walks, beautiful waterfalls and a quaint old town centre.
