If you're not up to hiking Lion's Head, pack a picnic basket and go watch a sunset from Signal Hill, you can drive all the way and park at the top.

Go to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Personally I would recommend Clifton 2nd Beach, but all four are incredible. You can also walk along the shoreline and see them all.
