Many of the best (new) places in troy are graduates of the Troy Kitchen and its provided a great foundation for new businesses to get a footing before striking it out on their own.

They have since grown into a second packaging brewery and continue to operate a full Brew Pub in their Troy Location. They also have a nice outdoor patio in the summer overlooking the Hudson River making it a great place to enjoy an evening beer or cocktail.
