This new craft barbecue joint specializes in classic Texas smoked brisket, pork, and sausage. Everything on their menu is homemade and from scratch. They are only open until they run out of meat, so lunchtime is your best bet for the tastiest barbecue in Fort Worth (and that's saying something). The brisket and the bacon burnt ends alone are worth the wait!
